A Plus Tennis Invitational at Robinson Secondary School
Summmer 2024

For the past 7 years, our program has successfully developed juniors from local tournament play to the national junior, ITF, and collegiate level. What makes us unique is our focus on developing “your” game. We believe that players will be most successful with a playing style that suits their physical ability, mental characteristics and personality.

Program Directors Jimmy Davis & Jakob Nielsen and their coaches/collegiate hitting partners will be providing personal attention to technical, physical, strategic and mental training to help players grow their game and compete at a higher level in tournament play. Physical preparation & development will be prioritized with proper warm up & cool downs, our training will also include injury prevention, power, strength, and sport specific speed training conducted by our Fitness Director and Exercise physiologist Jakob Nielsen.

The Invitational program is designed to prepare a player for competitive play. It is required that each player is participating or preparing for tournament play. We will designate certain tournaments for coaching and offer flexible attendance based on tournament schedule. In order to qualify, a player must have a minimum UTR of 4.8 (at the time of enrollment), be competing in tournaments on a regular basis, or Directors approval.
